Meetings Maker allows customers to search, view, book and pay for their entire meeting in less than five minutes, with less than 10 clicks. Customers can book the meeting room, catering and equipment in one booking session. They can also book multiple rooms over multiple days at any location. For repeat bookers it’s possible, for example, to book a meeting every Monday at a particular location, for the coming six months, all in one session.
Meetings Maker is also able to take payment from the customer using a variety of payment methods including credit/debit card, on account if the customer is pre-approved, bank transfer, cheque and even cash.
Once a customer has a made a booking they can manage it themselves online via the ‘My Account’ section. This enables them to view details, make amendments (subject to booking rules) and even download a copy invoice for completed bookings.
